By accessing and using the Cornelia Street Writing Co. website (the "Site") and/or utilizing the services provided by Cornelia Street Writing Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services Provided

Cornelia Street Writing Co. offers personalized writing coaching and support services, including but not limited to:

• College admissions essay help

• Resume and cover letter writing

• LinkedIn profile optimization

• Speech writing (wedding, eulogy, etc.)

• Obituary writing

• Academic writing support

• Personal project writing support

The specific details and scope of the services will be agreed upon between you and Cornelia Street Writing Co.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and our services in a responsible and lawful manner. You shall not:

• Use the Site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Transmit any harmful or offensive content.

• Interfere with the operation of the Site or our services.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Age Restriction

The Sites are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to use the Sites or our services without the explicit consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Fees for our services are outlined on our Packages page and as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms will be specified at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, but changes will not apply to services already in progress.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cornelia Street Writing Co. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Any original written work created by us for you as part of our services will be transferred to you upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work for promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cornelia Street Writing Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific services in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornelia Street Writing Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and/or our services at any time, with or without cause and without notice. You may also terminate your engagement with our services at any time, subject to any agreed-upon cancellation policies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
